Estimates and Scheduling

All quotes provided via the website, phone, or text are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before any work begins. We will not start a job without your explicit approval of the agreed scope and price. Scheduling windows are confirmed by phone or text. If conditions at the property differ materially from what was described, we will re-quote before proceeding.

We serve residential and commercial properties across Los Angeles County and Ventura County. We reserve the right to decline any job outside our service area or scope. Out-of-scope work includes interior kitchen cleaning, high-rise rope access, painting, window repair, and similar trades not related to exterior surface cleaning.

Satisfaction Guarantee

WashPro SFV stands behind the quality of every job. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the specific area of concern at no additional charge. The guarantee applies to work performed by our crew under normal property conditions. It does not cover pre-existing damage, staining that is permanent by nature, or areas that were inaccessible during the original visit.

Liability

WashPro SFV is licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, latent defects in surfaces, damage caused by faulty substrate conditions that were not visible or disclosed before work began, or for incidental or consequential losses. We carry general liability insurance; our crew can provide proof of coverage on request.

You agree to ensure reasonable site access for our crew and equipment, including a working water source unless otherwise arranged in advance. Failure to provide access may result in a trip fee or rescheduling.

Payment

We accept cash, credit or debit card, direct deposit, and check. Payment is due upon completion of work unless a prior written arrangement has been made. We do not require deposits for most residential jobs; commercial or large-scale projects may require a partial deposit as noted in your written estimate.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
